GENERAL PHOTO SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.

Please allow between 4 to 5 hours for the entire process.

We offer a professional service and reserve the right to deny or cut short the photo session if any of our staff feel that a client’s behaviour, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients.

We do not offer childcare facilities and you are kindly requested to ensure that there is a responsible adult with you to supervise any children during the time spent in the studio. We recommend that you do not bring children with you unless you have booked a Family photoshoot.

Booking a Photo Session
Each photo session is subject to a Refundable Booking Deposit (up to £100), taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. Booking Deposits vary according to photo session type, date and availability.

Booking Deposits can be used as part payment towards any products purchased at your viewing session. Booking Deposits will be refunded approximately 10 days after your appointment date if you do not make a purchase at your viewing session.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment cannot be guaranteed. In such cases we may provide either a shortened makeup session or cancel the appointment altogether. In the event of your appointment being cancelled by us, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

If your photo session was purchased from a third party company separate Terms and Conditions may apply.

You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

No Shows
No Shows are subject to a £50.00 charge (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Bookings Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment.

Amending Appointments
Appointments can only be changed by calling the Bookings Team on the main number on our contacts page.

Appointment changes may be subject to additional Refundable Booking Deposit charges. These charges vary according to date and availability.

You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to change your appointment date.

If you do not provide us with at least 2 days’ notice to change your appointment date, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Cancelling Appointments
Appointments can only be cancelled by calling the Bookings Team on the main number on our contacts page.

Booking Deposits are not refundable if your appointment is cancelled more than 14 days after booking an appointment.

You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

If you do not provide us with at least 7 days’ notice to cancel your appointment, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Cancellations after 14 days of booking an appointment, but with more than 7 days’ notice prior to the appointment date are subject to a £50.00 cancellation charge.

Viewing the photographs & Orders
You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any products from your photo session. Our studio operates a ‘No Pressure’ sales policy.

Complimentary images or prints included in any photo session do not include retouched or creative images.

Booking Deposits are non-refundable if you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment.

If you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment, there is a charge of £50.00 (less booking deposit paid) which is non-refundable and will be debited from the credit/debit card on which the booking deposit was paid.

Any discounts or special offers provided on the day of your appointment will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.

Copyright for all images remains with Icon Photo Group and images must not be reproduced in any form without permission from the company. However, if you purchase any images in digital format, you will be provided with a Copyright Certificate granting permission to reproduce images as you wish.

Digital image orders will be dispatched within 14 days of the appointment. Print orders will be dispatched within 24 days of the appointment.

Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties unless we are required by law to do so. .

By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions.

Modelling Portfolios Services Terms and Conditions

Bookings
Booking deposits vary from £50 to £100 and are taken to ensure clients show up for their appointments. If they are not used as part of a further order, they are refunded within 14 days attendance of the photo shoot.

Clients can obtain a refund of the booking deposit provided it is in writing by email or post* and received within 14 days of the deposit being paid.

Icon Photo Group has 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, in which to refund the deposit. Bookings made for appointments within 7 days of the deposit being paid are not entitled to a refund under the Act.

We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

A charge of £50 will be added if an appointment is rescheduled. These charges are also fully refundable upon the completion of the test shoot.

All models aged 20 or under must attend the test shoot with a parent. Failure to attend with a parent or not completing the shoot will result in the loss of booking deposit.

Deposits may be used against the cost of images at the model’s discretion, and there is no obligation to buy images in order to receive the refund.

All clients must bring a minimum of 6–8 outfits. This is required to complete the test shoot. Without these items, clients may not be able to proceed with the shoot.

If you fail to show, or cancel your appointment less than 3 working days before your appointment in writing*, you will lose your booking deposit and you will be charged a studio hire fee of £100 . This is to cover the expense of the creative staff and studio time.

Modelling Portfolios Packages at the Studio

If you have a successful shoot at the day and the studio believes you have potential as a model you will have the option to purchase a professional portfolio. Images for the portfolio start from £65 EACH and decrease the more you purchase. Packages are only available on the day and can be tailored to suit your budget and needs. We recommend that for a basic portfolio a minimum of 10 images would be necessary at a cost of £650.

All copyrighted images are sold on the day of the shoot only. Other goods such as Efolios can be purchased at a later date. Please ensure you are happy with the quality before ordering. All purchased images are given on the day of the shoot via email transfer if a full payment has been made, Efolios and Digital ZCards are sent electronically via email within 6 weeks of placing the order. Please be prepared to buy on the day to avoid any disappointment.

Once a client has left the premises having placed an order with the copyrighted images, the studio is unable to cancel the order.

All retouching is free of charge and as such is done at the studio’s discretion.

Delivery Times – All products and services from Icon Photo Group will only be released once payment has been made in full
